About Me

Carole Maguire is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual and couples therapy  and maintains a private practice in Indianapolis, Indiana.

With over 36 years experience as a therapist, and a graduate of Indiana University School of Social Work. She is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are depression and anxiety disorders, addiction issues, abuse and trauma disorders, personality disorders, relationship issues, family dysfunction, and stress resulting from situational life experiences.

Carole is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. S/he integrates complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they’re striving for.

Carole was graduated from Indiana University School of Social Work in 1977. In addition she completed 9 hours of class work in the Department of Marriage and Family at Butler University.  She is currently a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, holds a Diplomat in  Clinical Social Work,   and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana.

Dedicated to providing the highest quality of care, Carole has participated in numerous conferences and workshops focusing on a wide variety of current topics and leading edge knowledge.

Carole is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
